Hindu Society

The Hindu society has many events throughout the year. Some of these may include their Diwali ball as well as sports events competing nationally against other Hindu societies in netball, football, khokho and Kar. The Diwali ball is one of the bubigge nights in the year with lots of performances, food and a DJ. This is the most popular event. In June after exams they also have Holi on the Downs. Which is a festival where we throw coloured paint, this happens on the main university campus and is also a very popular event. T

Really welcoming committee, who involved everyone. A variety of events to suit all types of people, all fun and social! Organisation of events was really well, and advertised well to attract maximum members! Not only attracted just one culture, but all cultures to hold the biggest Uni event for end of summer exams!
