Good campus, Not a good variety of societies and sport teams, expensive food. Nice variety of food. Student bar overpriced. Bad communication with course leaders. Good facilities, good library, good mac suites, hard to contact freelance tutors. Lots of campus events.

The campus is great, great staff. I really enjoy my course, lots of support from knowledgable tutors. Facilities are good also. Buildings are all fairly close

Good facilities people are great depending on where you stay. John lester is good, peel park is bad. Unions a bit crap but theres pubs near by to get drunk at a low cost at.

Our campus facilities at MediaCityUK are amazing. All industry standard equitment, meaning you can go from uni into a job at bbc or itv and not be fazed by the equitment as it is similar to what you have been using over the course of the degree.

I’ve had an overall good experience at the uni of salford, there are some things that need to change, as the uni doesn’t think our course is that important so we don’t get a proper classroom and it’s very small for the amount of students on the course. The other facilities are good such as the gym, the halls, library etc.

The staff have been on strike and have missed over half of my semester. I did not learn anything from those classes because the professors were missing and refused to even answer emails. Also, scheduling was a nightmare and my advisors could not even tell me where my class was being held until week 3 of the class.

Very good facilities well experienced tutors who will guide you through you’re course with top of the range equipment to help through your degree

Studied Biomedical Science, it was okay, the lecturers seem very nice, majority of them. Buildings are okay too but there is literally no place to park car , and it's expensive too! After renovation of Clifford Whitworth library there was meant to be more group learning spaces... but it's not that notifiable.

Sheffield uni is located in the city centre, the Union is amazing - the nights out, the cafes, the food outlets, the shops in there, the cinema; it’s all wonderful! I love the location - not far from anything; halls, student areas and the city.

The modern campus is great and got what I expected. It's important to give all aspects Of The university resources and facilities a chance. The student support services are the best I've seen anywhere in the country and I feel that this university truly wants the best for it's students.

Great people both students and lecturers. Loved the course I did in wildlife and practical conservation. The student union is always doing fun things and the climbing society was my favourite part of uni. Overall i would keep studying at salford for the rest of my life if i could.

I really enjoy my course and the lecturers are very knowledgeable about the subject as you can tell they have a passion for what they teach. However, over my time I do find the university to be very unorganised when it come to my timetable making it difficult sometimes to work at the same time.

Studying law at Salford and enjoying it. However the module could be organised better. E.g the assignments are 2500 and are due the day after another. Which is hard to do, this year there has been so many strikes which results in students loosing out on their education

The facilities and teaching are very good and they provide a lot of support. As well as this teachers are extremely attentive and helpful.

Modern, top of the range campus. Many opportunities and facilities to improve and help you succeed. You can approach any member of staff for assistance where they can help you or direct you to the correct area on the campus. Top of the range electronics which are accessible depending on your course, you can book out equipment for University project or for independent activities.

Honesly the university is good but it really does need some improvements! I feel like the university just needs to pay the members of staff a bit more money because they never seem to care as much! Some teacher do but others don’t really care

The university has a great union operating for the students, the course has good structure and learning experience for the full time. The campus is modern with good resources amongst other glowing facilities.

The university is very good. The students are nice and friendly. The only negative is that a couple of the teachers are not very good they do not help me at all or really help with assignments or go through what they should be going through. The campus is very clean as well.

My campus has a great location just outside Manchester City centre approximately a 15 minute walk, with a short free bus journey. The free bus offered by the university also takes you to media city where some of the lecture course and workshops take place. The on site accommodation is reasonably priced and only a few years old with great space for communal living. Most facilities are new and are being updated all the time to ensure better learning environments with great teaching staff.

This university deserves all 5 stars because all though there is still progress being made to facilities and courses all that it has achieved so far is amazing. Both main campus and media city campus are beautiful sites with the buildings truly representing the ambitions of the university. In particular the Media City campus as it is surrounded by industry professionals giving students like myself great learning opportunities. The student union at the uni is superb with any issues and always think about students first, as well as creating fun activities and events for all students all year round to meet fellow students and just really feel as one at this university. My experience here so far has been one of the best and I would highly recommend this uni to any Media Students as well as any students wanting to find a friendly and ambitious university.

Really useful facilities but the prices of the canteens are 3x more than normal prices. It’s really expensive like a small water bottle will cost for £1,50 depending on the time of the year.
