The University of Surrey

The University of Surrey is excellent. There are students that are from all over the world there, and the uni offers so many opportunities to get to know these people through sports clubs and societies, but also diverse events that celebrate different cultures. The teaching is excellent and the campus is beautiful.

The campus was nice, easy to get around. The library was amazing. But university itself was the worst experience of my life. My mental health plummeted while I was there. It seemed as though basic support was there, but only if you were able to ask for help. I wasn't able to and ultimately went under the radar. For the money that uni costs, I really feel there should be more support and tutors should be better at noticing the telltale signs of mental health decline.

Facilities are amazing, campus is gorgeous, lots of contact with faculty staff, however SU could be better and need better nightlife

The campus is a nice size and everything is fairly close together. The lecturers are decent however sometimes there are some less engaging lectures (which I imagine to be true everywhere). The SU is great and so is our sports park!

One of the best university, the tutors are amazing and are of great help. There are a lot of things you can explore about your yourself simply by joining their wonderful societies and clubs. The building is just okay but they keep renovating to meet students demands aand needs each year.

I have started my masters course at Surrey Univerity. I love the university! The environment is really calm and peaceful. Outstanding facilities provided by staff and students in regards to clubs/ societies, library help, getting around the uni and more. The career service is very helpful in helping finding a job and volunteering work.

Pleasant campus situated in an uninspiring town with a serious negative attitude towards students. Very little to offer outside of study, overly-priced accommodation (both campus and in Guildford) and wholly uninspired lectures who treat lecturing as an inconvenience to their careers.

the campus is beautiful, faculty is helpful. Surrey caters to all the needs of a student. In close proximity to london and also away from the hustle of a busy city, the location makes surrey university even more beautiful and peaceful too.

Good university with, good support for education. Facilities are good enough with good standards. Student unions were very active and ready to listen to students opinions and ideas. In terms of Career services, sufficient help, encouragement and training was provided to get us ready for the real work environment including interviews and how to present yourself

Surrey is what you make of it. It's a smallish community with so many opportunities for socialising, massive on welfare, night life is a bit lame but it's about who you are with! I love my course and am personally so happy in surrey

Amazing and beautiful campus with great sports park. Surrey is a relatively small union however this means that everyone is able to be close and know everyone. Studying business management there is a complete separate schoil

The campus is huge and with latest teaching technology. And I'm very proud to have the new vet school. And now they are redesigning the student library. The library is so huge that sufficient references are enough for student to do their assignment, dissertation or coursework. And it's online resources is useful too. I also really enjoy the fruits and vege market on every Wednesday, street food are all around as well. It's happy to see the uni try to engage in different types of culture in the uni, to allow the international student to feel more involved.
