The university itself is absolutely stunning. Its very old fashioned but it’s filled with beautiful buildings, gardens and greenery. The lecturers are amazing. It’s very beneficial to have the small classes that Trinity have so that you have a chance to engage and converse with peers and lecturers. Being able to engage and debate about subjects within lectures aided in the further understanding of the topic areas being studied. HOWEVER, if you are going to university to experience the nightlife and the partying, this is not the uni for you. The nightlife is poor with town being dead and the union barely open it is a struggle to go out and enjoy. The nearest town is Swansea so in order to have a good night out, travelling is needed. All in all, the educational side of university was amazing. The nightlife and student life was poor.

Overall a small campus, but fantastic lecturers. Their feedback on assignments are very informative and helpful. I am a little worried about how block teaching will work next year though.

BA (Hons) 3D Computer Animation
4.0 out of 5 stars based on 1 review

At interviews of this course I was told to bring a portfolio of art work and that any knowledge of computer software was liked but not needed. To be completely honest this was true. A lot of the course in first year involved designing and sketching and research, as you would find in a portfolio, and any projects with software some people like myself would be unfamiliar with was 100% guided and helped with. I was taught a great new skill with tutorials on several different software programmes like Maya, Adobe and RoadKill and really took something away from just one year.

BSc (Hons) Psychology
4.0 out of 5 stars based on 1 review

This university is great for the psychology degree, possibly not because it's a high end university but because the tutors are very informative and are there whenever help is needed. I also really enjoy my time here, mainly because they have choices of doing 4 out of 8 assignments, so if you mess up on the first two, you still have options of passing. Some of my friends also live there and say the student life is decent, but they tend to have more house parties than going out all the time.

BA (Hons) Applied Drama
5.0 out of 5 stars based on 1 review
5.0 / 1 review

The Applied Drama course is perfect for those who want to explore the range of careers that the performance industry has to offer other than becoming an actor. The lectures are amazing and professional and have come from different areas of drama, you're being taught from people who have experience in their chosen industries. There are so many opportunities for students to complete work experience with companies around Swansea as well as the ability to work with guest lecturers. There is also the opportunity to study abroad which is an amazing experience.
