Great university in a lovely location! The psychology department offer lots of great opportunities in a vast variety of psychological fields.

The sports facilities are good and they offer a large variety of classes. Also the clubs and societies are varied, fun and well organised. As for the course, support services and general organisation, they could definitely be improved.

A very modernised and easily accessible university with many places for studying, as well as food on campus. Good sports facilities as well as a new and improved bus terminal for easier access for transport

Great uni, by the beach which means sausages by the beach during the summer, and swimming 👌👌👌 The nightlife is too good and has left unavailable for my lectures the next day lol! To conclude a cracking uni

The lansdown campus isn't very good and is limited to the other student opportunities such as sports and other unions

It’s good, fun, seminar and lectures are also good. Uni is very close to town, shops. Nightlife is also good.

The university is a great one, it has two different campuses and although I’m only at one of them I occasionally get to go to the other one. The staff are all so supportive too.

This review is on the Lansdown site and in no way represents Tolbot campus. I am overall pleased with the majority of different aspects of Bournemouth University. However, Within the health and social care faculty, tutoring is overall a good experience but with some lackluster performances by full-time staff. Rooms are typically and generally accommodating but outside first year, the large auditoriums are under-utilised, and some of the rooms are not practical for large group interactions with the lecturer. But overall, a pleasant experience.

In all honesty, my university experience has been alright. The people you meet as an international student are just very welcoming, lecturers and academic advisors do help quite a bit especially if you go to them for one on one help around a topic. The student union implements suitable changes and events that are quite good. Although some organisation within the sport department for scheduling could be better as there have been a few mix ups and miss communications.

The campus is large and well laid out with multiple cafes. However as a student of both talbot and Lansdowne I would appreciate more of a community feel to the latter campus including their food availabilities.

Great investment on the university campus with two brand new buildings - fusion and the students union building with great alternative study spaces! Relaxing and more informal for those who prefer not to sit in the library

Really nice area, great staff and union, and good course. Lots of opportunities in offer too! Really great university overall.

Really good campus and facilities, and getting to the uni is really easy to get to with the bus facilities. Studying the course advertising has been enjoyable however the only downfall is some of the lecturers haven’t been up to the standard or the others. The student union is really useful and there’s always something going on around campus or in the SUBU building.

The university is a beautiful open space for all those who are creative. The environment is very pure with such an amazing amount of comfort for all those who are there. It is accepting, and supporting of all those of different backgrounds and wants the students to have the best education possible with the best amount of fun too, in both lecture times and outside.

Great social university with some new buildings and a great library to work in. My radio course has given me so much more confidence and a passion for interviewing! The student union is vibrant and offers so many opportunities to have fun and get involved in the community! Some buildings could do with updating. Career services are so helpful and readily available

Yiss is good uni overall but lacks a lot in organisation and in helping students suffering with mental health issues, particularly depression and anxiety.

Great uni, by the beach too which makes summer here quite fun. Quite convenient area, student housing not too far, bus transport is provided too.

Bournemouth univeristy is very good, it's campus has just had a new bus area built and the whole campus is very modern. The library is amazing and has so many resources available to drag me through uni.

Close to alot of good destination and student support is great. Close enough to home so no need to find somewhere to live during the year

The course is great, staff are very helpful. Timings can be off for example assignments due same time as exams etc

Enjoyed the course but lack of communication from the uni to those studying off campus was a real issue.

Great course with amazing facilities, easy to get around and plenty of open access sessions to get work done out of lecture times. Lecturers and tech dems always willing to help and emails answered fairly quickly!
