The facilities on campus I think are good, there is a lack of study space but the uni is trying to fix this. The food on campus is ok but largely unhealthy which is annoying. My course, film and media, is fantastic. I do production and get the opportunity to learn industry standard quality as well as having the best support possible from my tutors at all times. The campus itself is always beautiful and a lovely place to spend my university career. I have worked with student union as part of a club event and they are often very friendly and helpful, I haven’t used any other university services so couldn’t comment on them. Stirling has been great for me, I have met my closest friends and had the best time. Everyone is usually very nice as it is a small place and it is lots of fun knowing people when you’re on campus alone.

Stirling University would be one of the most respected and high achieving university’s in Scotland and the UK. It’s campus is beautiful and breathtaking. It is located in the town of Stirling which is only a 10 minute walk from the city centre. It’s lectures are provided by high achieving lecturers who care about their students. Placements are located near the students home which is good.

Most beautiful campus is Scotland surrounded by wildlife and nature. There are 2 gorgeous lochs, plenty of wooded area at the heart of the hill foots, a breath taking castle and par 3 golf course with first class sporting facilities. What more could you want. I would easily say stirling University is the most beautiful campus is Scotland.

The campus is so beautiful, full of nature and colour. With 2 beautiful lochs and wooded area, including a par 3 golf course, a eye catching castle and of course top class sporting facilities, I would easily say that Stirling university is he most beautiful university in Scotland.

University of Stirling provides a very welcoming environment for both students and staff. I'm studying MSc Aquatic Biology and am very pleased with the overall experience. Lecturers are very helpful, the teaching is diversified through both practical and theoretical teaching classes and an amazing field trip. I would though like to see an improvement in cooperation between individual departments and more opportunities to meet industrial patners from other cuntries. This uni is very international and reknown thus contact with other European and world countries is crucial.

Despite being a beautiful campus, being at the university for a year was an awful experience. There is a complete lack of facilities for most courses, more lectures were cancelled than actually took place and most of the required readings weren't provided either online or in the library. The student services was so disappointing, I was promised I would have a personal tutor who would help me with any problems or difficulties but he never contacted me and when I reached out to him I was told to go to student services. Student services were more helpful some times than others. Of course this was just my experience, the uni is better for some courses than others but for me studying history it was not a good option for me.

Excellent uni, beautiful location. Lecturers are so supportive and organised. Actual uni building could be doing with an upgrade/revamped but still awesome.

The campus is beautiful and peaceful to be at at such a stressful time in your life. The course choice is great, the lecturers are present and supportive. There are ample shops and good food options on campus, and they are all very very affordable.

The campus at Stirling is beautiful!! It is serene and easily accessible. I like that all classes are in only 2 buildings which are a 2-minute walk from each other. The facilities are ready available should you require it. The class rooms are a very good size and there are maps throughout the uni. The food areas aren’t overly priced and the service is great! The union is very good - fairly small however v good and prices reasonable. The careers service is v good and can help you with all aspects of your employability - from CV checking to mock interviews! They also do career service lectures introducing you to the service and advising what it does, where it is and how to find it. Fantastic overall experience!

Beautiful campus, easily the best looking uni I visited during open days etc. Campus is quite far away from town (10 minutes on bus). Brilliant well-run union with events most nights. Gym and fitness facilities are top-class, top 5 in the UK.

The library is amazing, the facilities they offer us are incredible and the campus is really nice, you could go around the lake between classes or go to the gym for a really low price.

Campus is stunning with the beautiful lake looking over the university. I tidy primary education with environmental science, the timetable is spread out which is great. Easy to book careers appointments etc.

Campus is very aesthetically pleasing. Lots of sports and food facilities available to students and the public which is great. Very good with their mental health support.

Beautiful campus, amazing staff, great classes and study abroad opportunities. Halls aren't fantastic and study support services are quite slow but personal tutors are really good and help in any way they can.

Campus is beautiful, lecturers all very helpful and inclusive. Halls are not really worth the price you pay

The university of Stirling is a beautiful campus, with amazing views of the loch which is visible wherever you go. The student environment is extremely positive also.

The campus is beautiful, absolutely stunning. Way too many loud birds outside ur window on campus though. The facilities are good, and social life is always buzzing. Lecturers are terrible at putting slides up beforehand though, and sometimes it's a week before recorded lectures are on Listen Again. All in all a great place to be and learn though.

Super friendly and welcoming University! Great sporting facilities for any type of sport. The campus is surrounded by beautiful nature. Though the Union needs an upgrade for sure!

I love this university. One of the most beautiful campuses I have ever seen (on par with that of St Andrews and Heriott Watt). Fantastic faculty - everyone is incredibly helpful 24/7. Facilities always on hand to assist with studies. Amazing accomodation - great value for money (mostly).

The campus is beautiful but the buildings look a little old and outdated, but on the inside they are fine and the lecture theatres are mostly modern with great facilities. The library is very modern with a wide variety of books for the courses available. Sports facilities are fantastic and its definitely a great uni for sports and clubs.

Stirling has a bit of a strange rep in Scotland, but it doesn't deserve even half the negativity it gets from natives around here. The place is ideally located, has good travel links and a pretty solid on-campus atmosphere. If you don't enjoy the company of people, there's a huge expanse of woodland and lochside to walk around in and explore.
