Very helpful and friendly staff. Generally the uni isn’t too big so easy to move around. Down side, it’s aometimes very cold in the classrooms.

Winchester is the ultimate fairy tale city. I couldn't design a more beautiful location in which to study. The campus itself is small, so incredibly easy to navigate. Most courses are fairly small so you'll be known as a name, not a number and will see familiar faces everywhere you go. The library is an excellent place to study, and the two student cafe / bar areas are reasonably priced and never too busy. The student union itself is incredibly approachable and accommodating, and events are arranged frequently. Overall Its a lovely, friendly and community orientated university experience.

The university has two campuses, both of which are quite small, which is great for getting to know lots of people and making friends. There are lots of facilities such as cafes and restaurants, but some of these are quite expensive. The student union hosts a range of entertainment, with the best being weekly BOP fancy dress nights which student attend as groups or societies. The student union team are very helpful, and so are the lecturers. There is always lots going on around the university and it’s a great place to be, although there are not many places to go for a night out in town. Overall, Winchester is a great university.
