The location of these halls are very convenient, overlooking a beautiful park and being minutes away from campus. All rooms have an en-suite which is handy for those who don’t wish to share a bathroom like myself. A bronze room included a 3/4 size bed, loads of shelf storage and also under bed storage. The kitchens are also very spacious with plenty of storage. Peel Park also has a free gym on site for those who like to keep up with exercise. I was very impressed with my experience however, it can get very noisy sometimes, especially at night. However, that’s what you sign up to when choosing student accommodation.

Although the Peel Park Quarter accommodation is expensive, the rooms and communal areas are modern and spacious. I’ve loved my year so far in halls as it’s easy to get to lectures and social events. The only issues I’ve had is the WiFi and hot water occasionally not working properly.

Peel Park Quarter is a safe but fun environment for university students, the location is amazing and the staff are really friendly. The security are reasonable and are available all through the night if any assistance is needed. The events held at peel park such as hot chocolate night and BBQ’s are a real nice touch to this accommodation and are always worth attending!

Good room, new and clean. Helpful staff. Annoying application, which doesn't work on mobile. The toilet light turns off only after 25 minuets.

The rooms are lovely and new here and the staff are wonderful and helpful, but apply to get here was frut with challenges, including twice being told that I had lost my room when I hadn't. The application didn't work on mobile devices. However, can't fault it...apart from the light in the bathroom which turns off after 25 mins.

The location was brilliant right on the main campus with very easy access to everywhere. When I first moved in the whole flat was spotless and not one piece of furniture damaged.

The location of the halls is brilliant if your lectures are on campus. They’re not bad if you’re at Media City but it involves a 20/30 min bus journey to get there. The halls themselves are brilliant. Every house I looked at for next year, I compared it to this one. En-suit room, spacious kitchen, security and maintenance always on hand. Heating is also fab, windows block out all the noise. Overall love this accommodation. Wish I could stay next year too.

The kitchens are stunning, it’s all pretty much brand new. It’s right on campus which makes getting to lectures super easy. You can pick your flat mates too which is good. The accom puts on loads of different events and are always giving out freebies

Lovely rooms. Makes you feel comfortable the entire time being there. You’re put with people you’d tend to match with personality wise. Great experience

Double beds and en-suites are a huge bonus for the room, and the rooms have lots of storage facilities. However, the furniture and appliances that were provided for the communal areas were either already broken, cheap or missing. Annoying too that we've been charged for a broken ironing board when it was already broken when we moved in. Wifi is quite poor and usually cuts out.

Great place, nice rooms and en suite, small but cozy. Really luxurious and great environment for hanging out with flatmates.

The halls were stylish, modern and fun to live in. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The rooms were spacious there was tons of storage and the community vibe was very comforting in my first year. The facilities, including the gym and study spaces, were an amazing addition. The only let down was the price.

modern but somewhat clinical, reminded me of PGL or something, not homely - especially if you get stuck with the bright orange room.. the security and general involvement of staff is overboard. A landlord or any staff should give you 24h notice before entering your flat, they dont. 'Maintenance' let themselves into my bedroom before while i was partially clothed and asleep. random charges for not cleaning the microwave or mopping the floor, which is none of their business. you can have a floor of custard if you like when renting as long as you give the place back in the same condition. just stupid. its like moving out and having a new set of annoying as fxck parents. just get a student house. also its on campus, which is good location in some ways but at the same time you literally live AT uni. social areas are pretty good but again look like a PGL.

The halls are fairly well maintained, and having an en-suite in each room really helps with privacy. The kitchen facilities are great but would benefit from some more storage space. The reception team are very helpful but it can be difficult to collect mail, as they are only open for collection for a few hours each day.

Internet can be patchy. But good social events, freebies available. Flats are lovely but maybe need more durable paint work.

Amazing accommodation with excellent services, the reception staff and maintenance are really polite and efficient! Good opening hours for reception and security are really friendly, good for a chat at night time if you’re bored and amazing at their job :) fully reccomend living here for the full university experience, and the rooms are well kept and have plenty of storage space

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE AND STAY, GREAT FACILITIES AND WIFI, ENJOYED MY STAY HERE AS IT WAS RIGHT ON CAMPUS

The accommodation itself is great! Good facilities and the halls were nice. However there were some problems with heating and the water. And they were fussy with deposits. I didn’t receive my full deposit because of my flatmates leaving rubbish. That wasn’t my fault but they didn’t care. The halls itself were good but the management wasn’t.

I would recommend Peel Park to anyone, it’s modern and affordable and great for meeting new students! The rooms are spacious and homely, just like the living area which is brilliant for socialising and has anything you’d need. The security is good, I always felt secure living there. It is also in a great location, right next to the SU and the library, and 5 mins walk away from the train station.

Brilliant location was really nervous about moving away from home for the first time but they made me feel truly welcome. There is a friendly security team who are always there to help you if you need it and village events to join in to make new friends

Amazing accommodation, all of the facilities that are provided are in good condition. Rooms are a nice size with lots of storage and the kitchen allows you to be very socialable with your flat mates.
